What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, the kind of paper you got, your next court date and your message. When you call or text, we see your number and what you say. Our website host also keeps basic visit records, such as pages viewed and type of browser, to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to set up a first meeting. We don't sell or rent them.

Texting

Your phone and your carrier keep text messages, and a text is not a private channel. Please text only the basics and save the details for a call or a meeting.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete form messages after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
